This paper focuses on introducing a BSC framework used to measure the performance of SCM regarding the domestic iron and steel industry.
At first, the concept and scope of SCM is examined to clarify the SCM participants, the objects to be measured in terms of the supply chain performance.
Also, the generally applicable vision and strategies of a supply chain is introduced, and the critical success factors and the key performance indicators based on Balanced Scorecard is developed. In a case study, the vision and strategies of the P company are presented, then we deduce the KPI regarding SCM from the KPI which is made by P company AHP is used as a tool to analyze the SCM performance and the weighted measure performance index. For this analysis, we got surveys to the manager-level participants who are currently working in the SCM department of the P company.
