In this article, we will try to include and explain all aspects of the personality in educational theories. Some explain that the person has certain biological drives. Others, contend that all behavior and learning can be explained. Various personality theories will explore for preaching. In this article a determined effort is made to emphasize the importance of personality in the pulpit by preacher. The" personality" means that preaching processes which takes place in the pulpit. Preaching and the personality of the preacher are considered as being dialectically related to each other. Preaching, particularly, is the act of the preacher that makes the words meaningful.
