Nowdays, the population is more and more dense with the development of society and industry so that there is accelerating a large scale and massing of apartment by concentrating of population. This study researched maintenance costs depend on heating types of apartment for one year. The present condition of consumption is researched by comparison and analysis of energy consumption according for heating types of apartment and accurate energy consumption. Maintenance costs of apartment is presented ordering of district heating, unit heating and central heating. Cost of heating energy is presented by order of unit heating, district heating and central heating. Energy cost of central heating is 120% of unit heating. In maintenance costs of apartment, heating cost was presented unit heating 25%, central heating 40% and district heating 36%. Therefore, separate heating is superior in considering of energy expense, but the beginning investment, energy efficiency and space application need to be considered.
