The term, Cultural Contents, is no longer unfamiliar word to the general public. Even though the exact meaning of it has not been fully acknowledged, but its general idea has been understood and experienced in media networks with ease. Moreover, the Cultural Contents is considered as a cornerstone leadingthe new digital age, so the government is supporting the Cultural Contents in the nationwide scale. However, it is the problem in that the practical solutions tosupporting the Cultural Contents have not been suggested yet. Since the importance of the Cultural Contents has been perceived in the current society, many organizations related to the Cultural Contents in an academic and business way are trying to find the way how to support the Cultural Contents, but these efforts are still in confusion. It seems that the industry as a whole is experiencing some difficulties in employing the proper labor, and it is even more serious in academic environment due to the lack of appropriate programs, such as academic classes or curriculums. Related governments along with industrial and academic departments, of course, have been trying to figure out the various programs; however, they are still in the primitive stage.
In correspondence with this matter, the study of Cultural Contents will be dealt in terms of liberal arts, fine arts, engineering, and social science, and the necessity of its independence will be emphasized.
The details of Cultural Contents will cover the theoretical fieldcontaining its practical applications and manufacturing methods, and the practical field with the infra-structures of uplifting cultural arts, sponsoring cultural inheritance, and development of cultural industry.
For the matter of its systematical solutions, the following will be discussed; conversion of recognition, social factors, academic factors, and similar case studies in other countries - the social factors will cover development of local employment, activation of investment, and construction of departmental networks, and also academic factors will deal with the standardization and specialization of academic models and the application.
Lastly, the study of Cultural Contents will be accentuated once more on the basis of the potential value in its application and strengthening national competition power.
