The improvement program of discharge water quality in the thirty-seven office building's sewage disposal facilities was applied to be classified the first class and the second class subject of management and BOD and SS among the before and after the program application were analyzed.
The item of program application is applied to two-stage, the first class subject of management [application : ①Distribution and framing of management guide in the sewage disposal facilities ②Execution of the responsibility management system and education of charge person ③Improvement of process ④Application of design standard making ⑤ Execution of thchnique management agent system in the sewage disposal facilities] and the second class subject of management [application : ①Distribution and framing of management guide in the sewage disposal facilities ②Execution of the responsibility management system and education of charge person ③Improvement of process ④Application of design standard making]. As a result of application, the monthly BOD and SS, the excess rate in legal standard of discharge water quality, the comparison between discharge water quality of the first class subject of management and its the second class subject of management, discharge water analyze by capacity in the sewage disposal facilities, discharge water quality by kind in the sewage disposal facilities and so on were analyzed.
