Recently the resulting sensitivity of tall buildings to dynamic excitation by wind has increased. Serviceability of a building is an important design criteria and affected by excessive acceleration. When the acceleration is over perception threshold;it may be caused discomfort to the occupants.
In this paper, for reducing the wind-induced vibration to present one of the device of passive control damper, TLD. To calculate the acceleration response of across wind using mathematical equations. And we can evaluate the acceleration response of across wind with comparing the values to the codes(AIJ, ISO6897, NBCC)
