This study attempted to investigate the realities of right of access of the handicapped in the tourist facilities.
Data was collected of the 100 places, in seoul and analyzed tourist facilities into mediation , utilization, sanitary, guide facilities and etc by descriptive statistical methods. The major findings are highlighted as follows : As facilities manager are misunderstanding and lack of will, these parking lot, toilet facilities keep the maximum ratio of inadequacy.
Second, There are problem of legal system there is no compulsor for facilities establishment. Third, it is no compulsor for establishment that is negligent in management for duty facilities. Fourth, there is consider as lack of technique and skilled in establishment. In conclusion, there should be an effort the substantial of facilities in tourist places, which will be able to contribute to a better facilities in the future. Though it applies a basic data with planning of facilities consider as tourist places's quality.
