The purpose of this paper is to reveal aspects of metaphoric expression and their meaning properties in juvenile books. Additionally in this analysing process, examines to some characteristics for hierarchy of image schema and its relevancy. The results of this study are as fellow: First, aspects of metaphor in juvenile books including the three types: attributional metaphor, rational metaphor, double metaphor. Second metaphor in juvenile books classify into four large groups : Object metaphor, Sensory metaphor, Action metaphor, Space metaphor, Emotion metaphor. Metaphor is realized mostly by image schema. The inner parts of image schema exert a particularly powerful influence on the hierarchy which creates more vivid and strong image schema, thereby resulting in building embodiment.
