Report Errors
The purpose of this research was to analyze between consumer and real estate broker's cognitive difference about the apartment housing price factor. The using the samples are 342 housing and 33 real estate brokerage offices in Seoul. The total variables consist of 45 items. The main results are as follows ; 1. The cognitive of important degree between consumer and real estate broker was different. These factors were different by the chi-square test's analysis. 2. The correlation coefficient between consumer and real estate broker was 0.7. 3. The rank of frequency about the price decision factor by Consumer's cognition were analyzed of sunlights > orientation > view > etc, but in case of Real Estate Broker were analyzed of Orientation > distance of substation > view etc.
