The objective of this study is to study the physical characteristics of the public lots provision through analysing the urban renewal area in order to the efficient to provide the public lots.
The results of this study are summaryed as follows ;
1. When the magnitude and sorts of the public lots provision for the urban renewal area are analysed, the average 1,000㎡ per I area was provided and over 70% of the public lots provision were the road. Therefore, it shows that the public lots for pedestrians are relatively low.
2. When the characteristics of public lots provision through analysing the corelations of factors each other are analysed, the negative co-relations of the magnitude factors of public lots provision and existing or planning public lots rate are high. While the positive co-relations of provision mangitude and the processing rate of the renewal are high.
