The purpose of this research investigate the plan content relevant to the area standards according to the exclusive dwelling area of an apartment architectural a building area. This an apartment area relation data which is used at research and plan. We are the plan about 97 cases and 386unit which we collect to internet. The range of the object apartment selected the apartment of a national capital region center to the investigation object. the apartment development of the national capital region have been scheduled mainly. The district of recent days is aware of the trend. Specific purpose is as follows. First, we investigate the characteristic with the exclusive dwelling area structure current situation. Second, we investigate a exclusive dwelling area section structure rate current situation and characteristic. Third, we grasp the characteristic to appear to a third exclusive dwelling area sejangbi. Through this research also. The enlargement about the concern of an apartment area. we try to present the apartment design funda mental data. The results of this study are as follow: First, area of dwelling public space was planed to smallest space. Second, Balcony area appeared increasing according as residing exclusive dwelling area increases, and slenderness ratio appeared increasing for crosswise. Third, according as exclusive dwelling area in class ratio increases, the exclusive dwelling rate increased, and dwelling public area ratio decreased. Fourth, Data of design applies dwelling public area and other public area through area distribution table and mode.
