The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of student's learning satisfaction with physical teacher's personality type and teaching behavior. The object of this study consisted of the 259 students of 9 middle schools included in Seoung-Buk office of Convenience Sampling. Those students were surveyed thorough questionnaire, which were appropriate to the aim of this study. The questionnaires were processed statistically using the SPSS WIN. 11.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, as for student's learning satisfaction a physical class could find significant difference in their sex. Secondly, as for student's learning satisfaction with a physical class depending on the classes of different school could find significant difference only in evaluation. Thirdly, as for student's learning satisfaction with a physical class depending on the grades could find out meaningful difference in a physical teacher and the condition of class. Fourth, the personality type of physical teacher's were significant effect on Extroversion-Introversion(β=.564, F=189.862), Sensing-Intuition(β=.317, F=106.929) and Judgement-Perception(β=.187, F=73.113) to physical class for student's learning satisfaction(p<.05). Also, the teaching behavior of physical teacher's were significant effect on Encourage behavior(β=.467, F=145.582) and Society Behavior(β=.193, F=85.814) to physical class for student's learning satisfaction(p<.05).
