The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of stadium facilities to enlargement spectators of professional basketball and to present empirical data used marketing strategies to higher team loyalty. The conclusions were as follows;
First, the difference of stadium facilities according to sex was showed an access of stadium, convenience of subsidiary facilities, and cleanliness of a stadium.
Second, the difference of team loyalty according to sex was showed behavior loyalty and attitudinal loyalty. The male spectators were higher than that of the female spectators in behavior loyalty and attitudinal loyalty.
Third, the behavior loyalty of professional basketball spectator were affected positively by an access of stadium, scoreboard, cleanliness of a stadium in stadium facilities, and the attitudinal loyalty were affected by an access of stadium, convenience of subsidiary facilities and cleanliness of a stadium.
In conclusion, the action of the stadium facilities on a game watching was showed very high degree. Accordingly, sports marketer should be managed stadium facilities, and in detatil, toilets, stairs, and lobby should be cleaned and managed.
