With the rapidly increasing demand of necessity of bilingual secretary, this study focuses on the grasp of current bilingual examination system, problems and potential improvements needed in the current 21st century knowledge and information oriented society. Also, this study reviews the current international secretary examination system conducted by the advanced countries which have been around for many years.
To improve internal bilingual examination system, primary secretary examination will have some modifications which include adjustments and adaptation of the newly held bilingual system used by other countries. With further improvements upon the American bilingual examination system that was introduced previous year, aggressive advertisement and aid by the professional educational institutions in settlement of this system, we can expect highly qualified professional bilingual secretaries.
