The purpose of this research is to examine biochemical, physiological changes by application of massage types after exercise, and analyze recovery effects followed by sports massage treatment types. To find out the effect of sports massage treatment by types on convalescence, divided groups into three parts such as rest in silence, muscle massage, and lymph massage after exercise, and then conducted comparative analysis of the measured value of rest state, directly after exercise, and 15minutes after treatment. 10 of D university male students were selected as the subjects who divided into three groups of A group(rest in silence), B group(muscle massage), and C group(lymph massage), and then being operated repeated measure. The test results were as follows : the thickness of stress hormone(cortisol, epinephrine, norepinephrine) among the three groups with sports massage treatment by types showed a difference in average, but not significant difference in rest in silence, directly after exercise, 15minutes after treatment.
Reaching a conclusion, through the previous research, massage technique showed no significant changes in stress hormone, but it showed to be efficient on fatigue recovery substances by sports massage treatment. From now on, it is considered that it would be achieved of prevention of diseases, promotion of health not only by muscle massage but also by lymph massage, and sports strength-improving by prevention and treatment of sport injuries.
