This paper is designed to explore postcolonial possibility in Kim Woo-jin's critics. He is not only a advanced dramatist but also a advanced critic. Especially his views on representation have a very unique point compared to the other critics in those days. He claimed that perfect representation by language is impossible and criticized the universality of modern through the claims. And emphasizing that critics should be representative of the people, he emphasized elite critic's responsibility for the people. But this view would have risk to restraint and alienate the people. In conclusion his theory of representation is very advanced and epochal compared to the other critics, while expose some limits still.
