The telecommunications technology development and its infrastructure diffusion have significantly effect on Informatization as well as overall impact on economy, society, and culture at present industrial society. Also, the progress Informatization brings up significant changes of personal life, company management, international trade environment as many aspects, especially information infrastructure and advanced informations and telecommunications development have stimulated the positive efficiency effects on person and firm, that change the international trade paradigm and international competitiveness determinant factor. Therefore, most advanced countries have the priority policy on Informatization to enhance the their international competitiveness, also Korea and south-east countries are realized the importance of Informatization, so that those countries are devoted many efforts on supporting Informatization policy and developing infrastructure. Thus, this study try to analyze the international competitiveness through Informatization and the study mainly focused on Korea and southeast countries.
