EU sue a korean shipbuilding industry in WTO. So, I wish this study should propose a method of cooperation of this industry in Northeast Asia through International Trade dispute between Korea and EU.
As a result of this study, we should make a system of cooperation in Northeast Asia shipbuilding industry.
The contents are as follow ;
1. The object of dispute of EU was aimed at shipbuilding countries in Northeast Asia. So, we should make a multilateral negotiation system in this area.
2. According to the international specialization theory, these countries should make a specialization. ; Korea - Post Panamax Container ship, LNG ship, Japan - High Valuable ships, China - medium and small size Container ships, bulk ship, a field of ship repair
3. We are organized to a council for shipbuilding industry cooperation in these area.
