2009년 4월 신안군 흑산면 홍도리에서 조류 모니터링 중 한국에 기록이 없는 종다리과(Alaudidae)의 흰턱해변종다리(Eremophila alpestris brandti) 1개체, 할미새과(Family Motacillidae)의 흰이마 알락할미새(Motacilla alba personata) 1개체를 관찰하였다. 금번 관찰은 한국 최초의 기록이다.
