The purpose of this research were twofold. This research was to examine the effect of a 24-week psychomotor cycling on blood lipids and abdominal obesity of children with intellectual disability. The subjects of this research were 30 male elementary school students aged 10 to 14 diagnosed as boundary rate of mental retardation whose BMI (a measure of someone's weight in relation to height) was over 25. These subjects were divided into experimental group (15 persons) and control group (15 persons) and were investigated an effect on the change of blood lipids and abdominal obesity. The result was as followed. 1th, There was an interaction between group and term on abdominal obesity. 2th, There was no interaction between group and term on TC. 3th, There was an interaction between group and term on TG. 4th, There was an interaction between group and term on LDL-C. 5th, There was an interaction between group and term on HDL-C. 6th, There was an interaction between group and term on Glucose.
