This study purposed to form and apply the method of respiratory control which incorporated into the shooting skills as one way to promote shooting performance and strengthen psychological factor under the either conditions of training or competition. This study subjected 3 substitutes of disabled shooting, and the results are shown below; 1. On the changes in psychological factors applied respiratory control program, competitive state anxiety inventory(CSAI-2) was less relevant to cognitive state anxiety and somatic state anxiety(p>.05), however it was much relevant to state confidence(p<.01). And on the test of perfornamce strategy showed positive effect, though it was less relevant to all of them(p>.05). Not only respiratory control but also various psychological skills should be applied to improve psychological factors. 2. The result from the depth interview that this study was: 1. beginning of realization of the importance of respirration: 2. confirming athletes are using respiratory skills ease the tension, and: 3. identifying they have made their own respiratory skills.
