The purpose of this study is to research the effect of the leadership of the high school shooting coach on player’s satisfaction to competition so that the basic materials how to teach shooting players can be provided to the high school shooting coaches. The object of the study were 222 shooting players of boys’ and girls’ high-school who were enrolled at the Korea Shooting Federation in 2010, and after returning the questionnaire, unreliable data is excluded for analysis. Only analyzable and useful data is inputted individually to the computer, and frequency analysis, t-test, one way Anova, Tukey, Correlation Analysis, stepwise multiple regression is performed using SPSS Ver. 17.0 program. The conclusion is as follows.
First, the difference of the satisfactory and transactionalㆍtransformational leadership by the shooting coach depending on the social population characteristics of the high school shooting players is that satisfactory is better for female players, and conditional compensation is best for 2nd year players, and exceptional management is best for 3rd year players. Second, the difference of the satisfactory and transactional' transformational leadership by the shooting coach depending on the awarding results is that exceptional management and individual care is best for winner of the international tournament, conditional compensation is best for winner of the city tournament, and intellectual stimulus is best for winner of the national tournament. Third, the relationship between satisfactory of the shooting players and transactional' transformational leadership by the high school shooting coach is shown that conditional compensation, exceptional management, individual care, and intellectual stimulus among subordinate factors of the transactionalㆍtransformational leadership has a correlation. Fourth, the effect of the transactionalㆍtransformational leadership of the shooting coach on the satisfactory of the shooting players is shown that charisma and individual care affects the satisfactory.
