In the situations more than 40% of households renting living rental house and more than 80% of rental housing family living in rental housing that multi-housing owner supply, it is important to keep stable rental housing stock using change multi-housing owner into leasing businessman of rental housing market. This study set the rental housing business revenue base on structural profit model and analyzed the influence of each factor in the model. In leasing revenue results expected rental rate more than the sale price inflation was found to affect. This long-term lease to do business during the lease rental operators can realize profits and gains from rental business that you do not rely too heavily on the trade shows can be developed as a companion of the housing market shows that there is.
