The purpose of this study was to determine selective attributes and importance priority of water leisure sport in order to establish specific measures and policies for the development of the aquatic leisure sports. The results are as follows; First, in the section of programs of aquatic leisure sports programs, six subordinated factors of program safety, fun, program professionalism, program diversity, development of differentiated programs for the disabled and the non-disabled, and program uniqueness have shown high priorities in order. Second, in the section of prices of water leisure sports, 6 subordinated factors of training fees, accommodation rates, development of package products, a coupon system, operation of membership system. Third, in the section of human resources of aquatic leisure sports, 6 subordinated factors of kindness of instructors, professionalism of instructors, kindness of staff, and initiative of staff have shown high priorities in order. Fourth, in the section of environments of aquatic leisure sports, 5 subordinated factors of accessibility to facilities, hygiene, well-organized docks, accessibility to tourist attractions and famous restaurants. Fifth, in the section of facilities of aquatic leisure sports, 6 subordinated factors of replacement of time-worn equipments, lodgings, toilets, parking lots, amenities, and shower rooms. Sixth, among six main factors of programs, prices, human resources, environments, and facilities, which comprise selection attributes of water leisure sports, prices, facilities, programs, environments, and human resources have shown high priorities in order.
