The purpose of this study was to analysis on antioxdant enzyme in SOD activity level and gene expression of apoptotic factors in Bax, Bcl-2 mRNA expression level, Bax/Bcl-2 ratio, caspase-3 protein expression level by regularly aerobic exercise intensity for make proposals of delay aging by effective exercise intensity.
An object the subject of this study is SD(sprague dawley) male rats randomly assigned for groups, and made to perform exercise intensity at 8 weekly by regulative aerobics (control: 7 rats, low intensity exercise: 7 rats, high intensity exercise:7 rats). after exercise stability of physiological has after forty-eight hour legitimacy rats in soleus muscle after anesthesia by Ether and follow each analysis obtained conclusion. The SOD activity level shown significant low intensity exercise group was slightly higher draw compared between control group and high intensity exercise group(P<.01, p<.05), the gene expression of apoptotic factor in Bcl-2 mRNA shown significant low intensity exercise group was slightly higher draw compared between control group and high intensity exercise group(p<.01, p<.01). also The gene expression of apoptotic factor in Bax mRNA shown high intensity exercise group was slightly higher draw compared between control group and low intensity exercise group(p<.05, p<.01). different according to intensity on regularly aerobic exercise Bax/Bcl-2 ratio shown then higher for high intensity exercise compared to each other exercise intensity. but all exercise is not observation to caspase-3 protein expression, don’t occur apoptosis.
