This research was to look into actual situations of scuba-divers’ education on the real educational fields. The basic approach is based upon reflective meta-interview methods and FGI. The findings have been obtained through the classification: scuba science, scuba equipment, scuba safety, undersea environment, and scuba activities. The references are experts’ opinions, previous findings, and instruction manuals of the five scuba teaching agencies at home and abroad. However, as for scuba equipment and undersea environment, related materials are insufficient, especially in regard to the cause of inactive educations and their elusive results, which compelled me to exclude them from this study’s conclusion. People are hardly aware of the necessity to teach related science of scuba and their knowledge about water pressure from physical, medical, and environmental standpoints. As for safety education, they turned out not to have abode by safety rules, even though they know them, as they are not keenly aware of how important they are. As for the actual scuba education, it is found that the frequency of education is very low and the over-commercialization of the related agencies make the educational qualities worse. I’d like to point out it is necessary to resurrect scuba agencies centering on education, not on money, and to educate students based on expertise.
