Homo Mobilis’ is a newly coined word. It means a modern man who resolves work, leisure and cultural life through mobile internet. This indicates that feature phones are now turning into a decline. And there has been an era of smart phones. The appearance of smart phones has brought about many changes in the content industry. It is not enough to be satisfied with features of dialing and receiving phone calls, camera, video, checking an e-mail to a contemporary man. This man wants a mobile computer and internet. A modern man wants a mobile computer and internet. Most features of the OS-powered smartphone has a touchscreen. So, it is continued growth that a variety of applications development by the touch screen. And gyroscope, HD-quality video playback, social networking, augmented reality, etc…. The evolution of smartphones is still continuing. But now the unilaterally animation contents also need to change for interactive between content to audiences. Thus this study suggests activation plans of animation contents which are based on smartphone as follows. In the first instance, we check the usefulness of an interactive animation and edutainment game as well as edutainment animation. And this paper suggests the activation plan which is an interactive edutainment animation(abbreviation ‘IEA’ or ‘IE-Animation’) that will combine the two approaches.
