The digital economy doesn"t just refer to industries or goods that produce or reflect digital technology, but a new paradigm that has begun to be provoked and embodied by the diffusion of digital technology and the Internet. Further, is now the very representation of social order.
The digital market is an economic market where primary economic activities, especially the production, distribution and consumption of goods and services are heavily dependent on the digitalization and networks of production elements like information and knowledge.
1. In the digital era, we face lots of security instability and information(technology) leakage. To prevent the leakage of core technology, the government needs to enact laws that provide the nation-level control and management of that technology and support enterprises in strengthening their core competency. Besides, individual persons should change and reestablish their own consciousness of security.
2. The solution to gap between those who have access to new technology(computer and the Internet etc.) and those who don"t is that the government keeps making educational reforms to build up a national education system that can truly comply with the digital era. This would make this country properly prepared for catching the chances to promote the rebounding of national economic growth and job creation.
In the Internet era, the strengthening of core competence on the basis of e-business is the very origin of national and business competitiveness. This means that core competency armed with e-business is required to cope with the digital world led by the Internet.
