This study is to suggest the management plan caused by the status and issue of individually announced public land price in order to evaluate the appropriateness of individually announced public price with focus on the large commercial buildings of more than 1,000㎡. As a result of analysis, by shoosing compared reference price not to represent special land"s characteristics of large commercial buildings, it showed the area of difference between two objects was approximately 130times. In addition, it showed that the differnce of individually announced public price in the comparison of nearby land price around radius of 100m was minimum of 2.3times and maximum of 5.7times, and price difference around radius of 200m was minimum of 3.3 times and maximum of 11.0times. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, the improvement method for appropriateness of separate individually announced public price only for large commercial buildings was presented.
