The rapidly changing business environment results in insufficient natural resources and narrow market size. To overcome the limitation of market environment, the Free Economic Zone is on the rise as the best scheme. This paper aims at examining the negative effects of the indifference of domestic companies on the investment and the location of the foreign companies. In spite of the increasing demands of the foreign companies aiming at the management based on building a strong network with domestic ones, the Free Economic Zone cannot be activated in Korea because many domestic companies have not yet drawn their attention, which definitely become one of the most important issues. This research will improve the domestic companies’ attention directly linked with attracting foreign investment, focus on the investment incentive for increasing location, and make a detailed and deep analytical research which can discover the real needs of domestic companies and be reflected in their policies. This research found that tax-reduction and incentive system as well as government subsidy would be the highest demands for the all types of domestic companies. However, for the case of start-up or the early stage of company, three major demands such as investment and labor force related administrative service, location, housing system were highly required. On the other hand, for the middle standing and larger enterprise, constructing a strong networking supportive system among the corporations in FEZ was the highest demands.
