Report Errors

This study aims to identify the distinguishing characteristics on the usage of internet as the social support system among the North Korean refugees. 10 North Korean refugees was recruited and the sources of data was from in-depth interviews. The data were collected from January to March 2011. As a result, North Korean refugees usually used their internet positively for receiving emotional support and information support according to main paradigm. Professional helper should support North Korean refugees with not only face-to-face service but also indirect service through internet. Finally, relating discussion and practical implication was done.
