Mobile financial information systems enable financial instrument with this powerful channel to provide its customers with financial services by overriding barriers in the existing system. The success of mobile financial information systems will depend on mobile systems’ characteristics and user’ characteristics. Others’ use is the degree to which potential adopters are aware of other people using the innovation. Self-efficacy has been described as the belief that one is capable of performing in a certain manner to attain certain goals. This is directly related to relative advantage. Relative advantage is the degree to which the innovation is perceived as being better than the other options. Ease of use is the degree to which an innovation is perceived as being easy to use. Voluntaries is the degree to which adoption of the innovation is viewed as a matter of personal choice, rather than external pressure. The objective of the study is to investigate the factor on influence in performance of mobile financial information systems. In order to do that, others’ use, self-efficacy, ease of use, voluntaries, relative advantage, mobile financial information performance are conceptualized by survey questionnaire. My empirical analysis based on 462 survey data shows that relative advantage effects on mobile financial information systems performance. In addition I also found that others’ use effects on ease of use. And I found that self-efficacy and ease of use effects on relative advantage.
