Leaders exhibit ethical behavior when they are doing what is morally right, just and when they help to elevate followers" moral awareness and moral self-actualization, Little is known about how ethical leadership impacts behavioral dimensions with a variety of followers" attitudes and behaviors, including organizational and organizational commitment. For this reason, this study reviewed conceptual definitions of ethical leadership and examined the connections of ethical leadership with psychological empowerment and organizational effectiveness. To achieve a purpose of this study, it builded up a model research and a hypothesis, and then examined the hypothesis. Used statics package SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 5.0 for analysis. The results are summarized as follows. First, ethical leadership has positive impact on organizational effectiveness. Second, ethical leadership has positive impact on psychological empowerment. Third, psychological empowerment has positive impact on organizational effectiveness. Fourth, the mediating role of psychological empowerment is examined in the relationship between ethical leadership and organizational effectiveness. Finally I suggested the summary, the implications and the limitations of the research results with the future tasks.
