In this paper, the design and implementation of an assistive device for knee joint of a disabled person is presented. An assistive device supports the knee joint with the help of a MR damper in the case of sitting motion, and supports muscle power using motor control in the case of standing motion. Through the experiments, it is verified that an assistive device can help the human motion according to the pressure change of the foot.
