The purpose of this paper is to investigate the experiences through participation in golf and the change courses of life based on the grounded theory method to provide a theoretical frame of the change of life through golf experiences. This study selected 10 golfers who experienced golf as research participants and used snowball sampling that is one of the non-probablity sampling method in order to approach study on the experiences through participation in golf and change of life. As a result from categorization through the grounded theory method, a total of 173 construct vocabulary and 26 sub-categories and 7 superordinate categories were derived and a grounded theoretical paradigm was composed. As a result of suggestion as paradigm constituents, it could be understood to be the whole course considered to be a life mode of a wider scope that includes individual consciousness and actions and sense of values through individual participation in golf as a positive leisure works as an important meaning.
