This study aims at empirically looking into how leadership styles of after-school sport instructors in the elementary school affect influences to students’ Self-esteem and exercise flow, and providing a basic data by which leadership, qualifications, and advancing directions are able to be suggested as sport department’s leaders accordingly. For achieving this purpose, the study set up elementary school students resided in Seoul, Suwon, and Incheon areas as the population, and distributed questionnaire sheets by using Purposeful sampling among Non probability sampling, and then carried out a research based on collected 422 sheets after removing 28 unfaithful answers. The research results are same as follows. First, social support among leadership behavior styles (training and indication behavior, social support act, positive action, democratic action, authoritative action) of after-school sport instructors in the elementary school appeared to affect significant influences to the exercise addition. Second, training, indication behavior, and democratic action among leadership behavior styles (training and indication behavior, social support act, positive action, democratic action, authoritative action) of after-school sport instructors in the elementary school were came out to affect significant influences to self-esteem. Thirdly, self-esteem were proved to affect significant influences to the exercise flow.
