Culture industry is one of the hottest industry in the 21st century, and is to recreate the country or society"s unique cultural contents on the basis of creative planning. Also culture industry is a high-risk, high-return industries with a future-oriented industry that added a high value. The world today renewed consciousness about knowledge creative culture industry as a driving force to the development of the national economy or fundamental means of improving the quality of life of its citizens.
The culture bring innovation that is essential element of economic development because it is on the basis of originality and creativity. In addition, the world today are focusing on the development of the cultural industries in terms of emotional and esthetic of culture and the arts that produce high value-added manufactured goods. Now the fate of the nation depends on whether who has a lot of unique culture and how the world how efficiently commercialize the unique culture.
This paper is to investigate the prospect of Korea-China culture industry and the problems about the Hanryu(Korean culture) blowing in China recently for the expansion of South Korea and China"s cultural industry. In this paper, we conducted a study of statistical data analysis method based on the survey related to the national and international professional publications and research papers periodicals, through literature and cultural industries and cultural exchanges between Korea and China.

21세기에 가장 주목받고 있는 산업 중 하나인 문화산업(culture industry)은 국가나 사회의 고유한 문화적 내용을 창조적인 기획력을 바탕으로 재창조해내는 대표적인 고위험 고수익(high risk high return)산업으로 고부가가치를 창출하는 미래지향적 산업이다. “지금 세계는 지식창조형 산업인 문화산업을 자국민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 근본수단이자 국가경제를 발전시키는 직접적인 원동력으로 새롭게 의식하고 있다. 이는 문화가 독창성과 창조성을 바탕으로 하기에 경제발전의 필수요소인 ‘혁신’을 불러오고, 또한 문화예술의 감성적인 면과 심미성이 상품제조에 연결되어 고부가가치를 산출한다는 점에서 오늘날 세계는 문화산업발전에 주목하고 있다. 이제 세계는 누가 얼마나 고유한 문화를 많이 가지고 있고 이를 얼마나 효율적으로 상품화하느냐에 민족의 운명이 달려 있다고 할 것이다.
특히, 한국경제는 구조적으로 GDP대비 무역의존도가 무려 65%에 이르고 있어 수출은 한국 경제성장의 가장 큰 요인 중 하나이며, 문화경쟁의 시대를 맞이하여 문화산업을 반도체 컴퓨터, 무선통신기기 등 IT관련 제품과 함께 21세기 수출 유망품목으로 개발하여 꾸준히 해외시장을 개척해야 할 필요가 절실히 대두되고 있다.
본 논문은 한·중 문화산업의 확대를 위해 최근 중국 내에 불고 있는 한류문화에 대한 문제점과 문화산업에 대한 전망을 규명하고자 하는 것이다.
이를 위해 본 논문은 국내외의 전문서적 및 연구논문 정기간행물 등을 통한 문헌연구와 한·중 문화교류 및 문화산업과 관련한 통계자료의 조사분석 방법을 토대로 연구를 진행하였다.
