Today large-scale discount stores have been competitively pushing ahead with store expansion especially in the resident-crowded area. this has caused to accelerate the internal competition. In result, they had to accept customer-orientation marketing strategy and theres’s no differentiation among the other stores. therefore, companies have been striving to make various efforts for differentiation against rivals. among them, marketing promotion strategy has been considered to be relatively easy for being carried out. this study is focused on proving the regulating effect of marketing promotion having influence on loyalty on large-scale discount store, such as, factors related to product, service, and store which has been analyzed and organized by references books.
