The purposes of this study are not only to examine the characteristics of sport for all organizations perceived by sport for all leaders and thus provide methods of improving and developing organizations in sport for all by analyzing organizational factors which affect organizational effectiveness but also to provide basic materials on the conditions in which sport for all leaders are able to cultivate their skills and qualifications within work society. In order to achieve these purposes, questionnaire on self-evaluation was distributed to 202 instructors who are working at sport for all facilities in the Metropolitan area. The subjects of this study were selected by stratified cluster sampling method in order to proportionate the sample size. The major statistical method used to analyze the materials were t-test, oneway ANOVA, Factor Analysis, Pearson`s correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The findings of this study through the process and method of research mentioned above are as follows: 1. Sport for all leaders` level of perceiving organizational factors appeared in the order of responsibility, warmth, support, standard, conflict, reward, identity, structure, and career development. In the level of perceiving organizational effectiveness, work achievement was rated higher than work satisfaction, and the overall organizational effectiveness was rated higher than average. 2. The perceived organizational factors and organizational effectiveness based on the instructors` background were examined. According to length of work, significant differences appeared both in career development, identity, and compensation in perceived organizational characteristics. According to gender and level of education, there were statistically significant difference in work achievement in organizational effectiveness. Lastly, according to material status and length of work, significant differences appeared in work satisfaction in organizational effectiveness. 3. There appears to be a high degree correlation between perceived organizational factors and organizational effectiveness. 4. The perceived organizational factors affecting organizational effectiveness are career development, warmth, and compensation factors. Work achievement, the sub-field of organizational effectiveness, was influenced by structure, career development, compensation, and warmth factors, and work satisfaction was influenced by career development, warmth, identity, and compensation factors.
