This study was to analyze the relationship between organizational justice, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in the sports center. To attain the goal of this study described above paragraphs, the employee working at the sports centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do were set as a collected group. Then, convenience sampling method, finally drew out and analyzed 227 people in total. The result of reliability check up was here below; over Chronbach`s a=.711. The conclusion based on above study method and the result of material analysis are here below. First, the organizational justice influences on the organizational commitment. Second, the organizational justice influences on the organizational citizenship behavior. Third, the organizational commitment influences on the organizational citizenship behavior.
