This study aims to investigate the effects of the organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB) among employees in professional dance company. Specially, we examine the effects of interaction between distributive justice and procedural justice on OCB. Total 200 questionnaires were distributed and 182 samples were used for practical analysis and technique for data analysis were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0, The result of this study were as followers: First, distributive justice and procedural justice of professional dancers had a positive effect on OCB. Especially, the result showed that procedural justice had an more influence on OCB than distributive justice. Second, the effect of interaction between distributive justice and procedural justice was statistically significant.
