The purpose of this study was to identify a possibility to apply a pilates class for teenagers with disabilities to the practical field by including adults without disabilities to the class. Participant observation and in-depth interview were used for data collection. Various data were used for this study, and class materials, class plan, class diary, meeting records, patents interview, interview with teaching assistants and adults without disabilities, and physical fitness examination records were collected for data analysis. Results indicated that the teenagers with disabilities participating in the class started to perform various activities using muscles with their own intentions and abilities, which has never been experienced in their lives. Also, we found that their abilities to control posture and a level of basic physical fitness were improved, and their body image was positively changed after the class. They also had interests in and enjoyed the class and had a confidence throughout the class. The adults without disabilities who participated in the class reported that the inclusive pilates class changed their prejudice about people with disabilities and improved their recognition of application possibility of pilates.
