The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pro-sport stadium`s physical environment on evaluation of spectators` expectation, satisfaction and return intentions. To accomplish the purpose of this study, 400 spectators from four randomly selected stadiums(ballparks) were surveyed by means of the revised questionnaires. The content validity and reliability of both the questionnaires were determined by conducting a pilot study. The reliability coefficient for questionnaires were found to be α=.696-.884 and α=.736-.880. Questionnaires utilized a five-point Likert-type scale were employed for ascertaining the degree of importance that each respondent attached to each item. The used statistical methods for the data analysis were factor analysis, paired sample t-test, and multiple regression analysis. For all analyses an alpha level of .05 were used for the research questions. The major findings obtained from this study were following; First, as a result of factor analysis on the pro-sport stadium`s physical environment factors of spectators, seven factors of parking lot, seat, accessability, ticket office, toilet, score board, and booth were derived. Second, there were significant differences in the perception of ratings of factors between spectators` expectations and satisfactions as follows; seat, parking lot, accessability, boots, and toilet factors. Third, satisfaction of the seat, toilet, and score board factors significantly influenced the return intentions of pro-sport spectators. Finally, the result of this study also indicated that degree of expectations of seat, accessability, and toilet factors significantly influenced the return intentions of pro-sport spectators.
