This study analyze the structural relation between internal·external variables to verify the effect of sports commitment, self-esteem, self-efficacy, behavioral intention on elementary school students who participated in after school sports. The subjects of this study are 300 elementary school students who participated in after school sports in seoul district, finally we use 256 questionnaire for analysis. All statistical analyses were performed with SPSS (Ver. 18.0), AMOS (Ver. 7.0) statistical software program. To verify the causal relation of sports commitment, self-esteem, self-efficacy, behavioral intention on elementary school students who participated in after school sports, we draw the structural equation modeling: SEM. The results of this study were as follows; First, sports commitment is statistically effective in self-esteem, self-efficacy and behavioral intention. Second, self-esteem is statistically effective in self-efficacy and behavioral intention. Third, self-efficacy is not statistically effective in student`s behavioral intention.
