By analyzing the perceptions of college students toward their college orienteering program aimed at improve their college, this study is intended to offer basic data for transforming the orienteering program to help them positively deal with their present life and future. The collected data was processed as follows. First of all, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were done using SPSS 18.0 program, and hypotheses were tested using confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation model analysis, and path analysis model through AMOS 20.0 program. The research findings are as follows. The path coefficient of orienteering program’s process involvement on the participation motivation was. 514, t=6.624, p<. 001, and path coefficient of the process involvement on the achievement motivation was .406, t=3.688, p<.001, which are acceptable. The path coefficient of orienteering program’s job involvement on the participation motivation was .228, t=3.207, p<.001, and path coefficient of the job involvement on the achievement motivation was .229, t=2.214, p<.05, which are also acceptable. The results have confirmed that the current college orienteering program is a significant program that has a positive impact on the motivation of the students. Therefore, if colleges enhance their various programs aimed at motivating students to change their personal and college and to prepare for future, along with effective utilization of orienteering programs, if would lead students to make a big difference in their lives.
