The purpose of this research is to examine efficient human resource management and golf caddy’s service quality in the fierce market competition in golf industry through the effect of golf caddy’s service quality on positive emotions and revisit of consumers. The subjects of this research are amateur golfers who have experienced regular 18-hole with caddy through five golf courses located in the Gyeonggi-do area. As the survey tool, questionnaires were used and collected through convenience sampling. a total of 471 questionnaires were finally used for the analysis. As the statistical method for this research, the PASW 20.0 statistical programs were used to conduct frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on these data. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, courtesy services and maintenance skills of golf caddy’s service quality ware found to have significant effects on positive emotions of the golf course guests. Second, analytical skills and courtesy services of golf caddy’s service quality ware found to have significant effects on revisit of the golf course guests. Third, positive emotions of the golf course guests was found to have significant effects on revisit of the golf course guests.
