This study was to find out the moderating effects of social supports in the relationship between career stress and Career Decision Making Self Efficacy(CDMSE) of college students with disabilities. The data were collected from 108 college students with disabilities in Busan Metropolitan City in 2013. The results were as follows. School year and career stress had negative effects on the CDMSE. As social support factors, professor support and peer support had positive effects on the CDMSE. On the other hand parents support had no effects on the CDMSE. This study demonstrated that social supports including professor support and peer support had moderating effect in the relationship between career stress and CDMSE. This study verified professor and peers supports are important in improving the CDMSE of the college student with disabilities. Finally, the authors remarked the limitations of this study and the suggestions for the further research directions.
