The objective of this paper is to study on the development plans for regional Festivals. Data were collected from 288 visitors who visited the 52st Tamna Cultural Festival, from 2 to 6 October, 2013. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. 20.0. For the analysis method, frequency analysis, factor analysis, paired T-test, IPA and regression analysis were conducted. The results can be summarized as follows. First, the ‘Operation’ factor has to be maintained. Second, the ‘Incidental facility’ factor has to be concentratedly improved. Lastly, ‘Direction & Operation’ factors positively affected the satisfaction. Finding from this study suggests that local government and the festival authorized people consider the evaluation of festival with priority when establishing the regional festival development policy.
