This study, in order to provide the theoretical frame and knowledge for the structure, system and real situations of Sport for All of every nation in the world, has an object of finding and analyzing the similarity and difference between nations through the philological study method and suggesting the useful direction for the future of Sport for All of our nation and intends to suggest the development it direction like following, based on the contents compared between nations regarding the arrangement of terms and program style of Sport for All. 1) In order for the movement of "Sports For All" to be carried out in the dimension of national welfare, the public relations, enlighten and transformation of understanding are needed, and the active supports of governmental and administrative organs are necessary to make it activated to the social movement that can improve the development of local community and the quality of life. 2) In order to carry out the service-styled program for the people in a special class and to induce the participation of the traditional sports program and public sports program. we should practice the plan to make the best use of a breading station. the press, a post office and so on actively as the means of large-scaled public relations. 3) With the provision of a slogan to held korean emotions that all of our people can sympathize with and practice, we should maximize the interest of the participation in sports and practice the campaign for the spred of participants centering the governmental and social organs. And as the concrete contents, the mutual cooperation system of every class of organs is needed so that the sports activities which have a theme like the development of bicycle-riding movement for the environmental improvement, or the national walking competition for the expulsion of violence, sports, economical recovery may be spred and activated.
