The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship of the leadership behavior of physical education teachers on personalities of students. To achieve this purpose of the hypothetical relationship model was set up centering up the relationship between individual characteristics and leadership behavior and then the relationship between each variables was analyzed and examined. The subject of this study was students in Chonan, Chung Cheong Nam Do, among them 592 were collected through the Convenience Sample Abstraction Method. Schematized questionnaires based on self-administration method were served. Corrected data were analyzed for the purpose of study by Frequency Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. Each hypotheses was verified at level α=.05. Results are as follows. Frist, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially had an effect on sociability. Second, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially had an effect on activity. Third, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially had an effect on autonomy. Fourth, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially influenced on accomplishment. Fifth, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially influenced on safety. Sixth, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially influenced on controllability. Seventh, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior partially influenced on thoughtness. In short, Physical education teachers` leadership behavior has an effect on personality. It implies that government should improve the environment of school physical education for more efficient education and should support both administratively and systematically to employ qualified and good teachers and on this ground, the cultivation of physical education teachers` desirable leadership behavior should be carefully considered to help growing youth form and develope positively oriented personality so that youth`s personalty can be developed in to a wholesome direction.
